What is unique about Help for Optimism is the bottom-up and participatory approach to sustainable development in which H4O trained staff and the local communities are the core of our Malagasy Team.
The Italian Team of H4O is made of young and enthusiastic professionals with diverse backgrounds, competences and strengths. Together we believe that we can facilitate a comprehensive approach to sustainable development that puts people at the centre of our interventions.
