After moving around Europe while studying at ESCP, Elena landed in Milan where she pursues a career in Investment Banking at Bank of America. Passionate about numbers and impactful projects above all, she supports in the accounting and budgeting processes at H4O since 2020. Also, she contributes with innovative ideas to raise funds and create cohesiveness amongst donors. Elena very much believes in the inclusive and bottom-up approach carried out at H4O, striving to make the world a place where water, sanitation and nutrition are accessible to everyone
