Roberta is a qualified lawyer, and a PHD candidate in labour law, non-discrimination law, disability equality and human rights. Involved in the set up of H4O since the onset, Roberta’s help has been invaluable to ensure we provide “decent jobs”, and provide secure employment, fair wages and safe working conditions. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, Roberta is also very kind and patient soul and as such, she also supports us with vital tasks including managing and engaging the members of our team and reviewing legal documents such as our contracts and official documents.
