How We Work

OUR PILLARS

FIVE STEPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PROJECT

Research

We embrace the call to Global Action cited by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Our projects are evidence-based, beginning with research activities: GIS (Geographic Information System) mapping, Focus Group Discussions, and Household surveys. This geolocalized approach allows us to prioritise our interventions based on the real needs.

Project Design

The designs of our projects are born from continuous comparisons of our multidisciplinary team of professionals and local partners. The target is on concrete, efficient, and focused solutions to meet the real needs of our partners.

Implementation

The cornerstone of project implementation is the centrality of our local partners who are empowered, supported, and put in a position to give sustainability to the projects by working independently.

Monitoring

The evidence-based approach is an integral part of monitoring activities, providing constant data collection and quantitative-qualitative analysis of project results. At the same time, on-site assessments are carried out by trained personnel in order to adjust the project trend.

Conclusion

While we approach the future with optimism, there is a long road ahead. Each successful project identifies further needs and next steps for continued development. We stay in the communities in which we work for the long term, accompanying our partners towards a brighter future.
